After years of being chronically stressed and anxious, inflaming my PCOS symptoms (hair loss, unhealthy weight gain, fatigue), and struggling with a self-critical and perfectionist mindset, I know what it is to be tired of feeling tired.
In other words, burnout at its best.
Since 2018 my work as a Massage Therapist has afforded me a intimate view of the way stress can overwhelm the mind and body. Throughout the hundreds of cases I’ve observed, the root cause of those stress-induced imbalances we often encounter are due to self-neglect:
We get stuck in these behavior and mindset patterns of self-neglect that inhibit our wellbeing and dim our true potential.
Once I started to slow down and invest my time and energy into understanding myself and reorganize my prioritizes, real transformation began. Now, years later, self-investment has truly changed my life for the better.
While you can’t completely remove stress from life, you can stop it from turning into burnout.
I created In-nested to help women who struggle to voice their needs to prioritize their wellness and overcome those limiting beliefs and cycles of self-neglect through the gentle principles of Self-investment.
